Partner, Development
As a real estate development manager, Jade has experience leading real estate development projects from acquisition through to occupancy. He completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering at University of Toronto, which led him to begin his career in HVAC, fire protection and plumbing design consulting for some of the largest commercial developments in Toronto. Jade played a vital role in over one hundred tenant and base building projects throughout the GTA including the Sun Life head office, First Canadian Place, Brookfield Place, Royal Bank Plaza, and Scotiabank Plaza. He later transitioned to real estate development. He brought his vast knowledge of engineering design to Fitzrovia Real Estate and SmartCentres new Smart Living division, where he played a crucial role in the success of seven major projects.

Jade has lead all aspects of mixed-use, high-rise residential developments ranging from 16 to 45 stories including over 2,400 residential units and over 3 million square feet of gross floor area. He has evidenced results in creating soft cost budgets, consultant onboarding and management, project schedule production, design review and optimization and Planning, Buildings and stakeholder relations.

Brandon began his journey in 2007 as a Tim Hortons franchisee. It's there he learned the operational skills and knowledge that would eventually lead him to own seven locations within the downtown core. After receiving six Tim Hortons Double Milestone Awards, Brandon continues to run very successful franchises Downtown.

In 2018, Honeycomb Hospitality was formed. Based in Toronto, in the heart of the King West area, Honeycomb has grown to become a company that consistently delivers the highest quality of dining and entertainment to its valued clientele. It is known for attracting the city’s leading chefs, best service team, and award-winning restaurant designers to create an environment that fosters conviviality. As CEO of the group, Brandon's leadership style is characterized by his collaborative approach and his ability to build strong relationships with his team and clients. With over 15 years of food and beverage experience, Matthew “Matty” Tsoumaris, Co-founder of Honeycomb Hospitality, brings vast knowledge in elevating Toronto’s culinary scene. Having been born into a family of hospitality, Matty has a natural skill when it comes to developing venues with unique service offerings. This instinct established his interest in travelling and trying new restaurants, eventually leading him to his first venture, Uniq Lifestyle Entertainment. The result was magic for Toronto’s nightlife scene - bringing in marquee events like the Digital Dreams Festival, F1 Montreal, Cheval, Valdez, Cobra, BrantHouse, Wildflower, and Myth.

Building Honeycomb Hospitality alongside Co-founder Brandon Farmer, they developed some of Toronto's most popular and highly coveted culinary venues: Baro, DASHA and Petty Cash with a team of 250+ team members.
